Days 1 & 2: Camp Moremi , Moremi Game Reserve |

After your arrival in Maun take a light aircraft charter across the Okavango Delta's maze of waterways to the Xakanaxa area of the Moremi Game Reserve. This luxurious lodge is one of the few to be located inside the Game Reserve and as such enjoys a prime position in one of Africa's most exciting wildlife areas. Relax around the bar or swimming pool before taking part in an afternoon game drive or boat cruise and dining this evening in the traditional thatch dining area, overlooking Xakanaxa Lagoon. The following morning, take an early game drive with a professional Camp Moremi guide to explore this amazing area. Enjoy the variation in the local environment, from expansive, open floodplains and shallow lakes to dense mopane woodland. Some of the many species that may be found in this area include leopard, lion, wild dog, elephant, buffalo, hippo, crocodile, lechwe, kudu, sitatunga and various birds. Return to camp for a sumptuous brunch and relax during the heat of the day before setting out again this afternoon for another game drive. Accommodation is in luxurious en-suite Meru style tents which are raised on teak decks and secluded in the woodland fringe, overlooking the Xakanaxa Lagoon. All meals, most drinks & all activities included. |

Days 3 & 4: Gunn's Camp, Okavango Delta |

Take a road light aircraft transfer to Gunn's Camp today across the winding waterways of the Delta. You will spend two nights at Gunn's which has permanently sited en-suite tents under a thatch canopy. Meals will be served in the elevated dining hall and the evening can be enjoyed overlooking the magnificent floodplain. The days will be spent exploring the area in traditional dugout canoes, poling through the low level floodplains that surround the adjacent islands whilst in search of game. Game walks on nearby islands with your poler/ guide will also be undertaken. You will return to camp for a hearty lunch and a siesta break from the heat of the day around camp, then set off in the late afternoon for another excursion. All meals, most drinks & all activities included.
Note that Mokoro & Motor Boat Activities are dependent on the water level which can be low from January to July. |

Days 5, 6 & 7: Chobe Safari Lodge, Kasane |

Fly from Gunn's Camp to Kasane airport today, a flight of around 1.5 hours. From Kasane airport you will be collected and transferred the short distance to Chobe Safari Lodge, located on the banks of the majestic Chobe River Accommodation is in spacious en-suite rooms with TV, phone and air conditioning. The swimming pool and bar area overlook the river from where you can enjoy afternoon sunset boat cruises or perhaps some fishing. Dinner is served outside from a large buffet. Dinner & breakfast included plus 1 x boat cruise, 1 x game drive, 1 x private boat cruise & 2 additional activities.

Days 8 & 9: Zambezi Sun Hotel, Livingstone |

Take an inclusive road transfer across the border from Kasane to the Zambian side of the Victoria Falls today. The hotel is a place to unwind, relax and enjoy Africa's greatest natural wonder, or you can test your courage by experiencing a number of thrilling, heart stopping adventure activities including white water rafting, bungi jumping, helicopter flights or elephant back rides. The guest rooms are low-slung, open and airy. Each spills out onto a cool landscaped pool area or onto the surrounding African Bush. The restaurant and bar are focused around the central swimming pool and unlimited access to the Zambia side of the Victoria Falls is included in the room rate. |
