Depart at around 14h00 (during Namibian wintertime at 13h00) from Windhoek via the scenic and steep Spreetshoogte Pass to the beautifully set Namib Naukluft Lodge. Overnight on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis. |

An early morning rise will be rewarded by the sight of the spectacular dunes at Sossusvlei on your excursion. Make the effort to climb one of the dunes and you may be overwhelmed by the sight of the dynamic and living desert. A full breakfast will be served at Sossusvlei. Visit the Sesriem Canyon before returning to the Lodge for your lunch. During the late afternoon a sundowner drive to the natural marble mountains on the 25,000 ha private nature reserve is offered. Overnight with full board. |

Return to Windhoek via the Remhoogte Pass to arrive at around 12:30. is the perfect opportunity to head off with a spotlight to try and identify some of the many species that wake up as the sun sets!! |
